【英文名称】Panadol

【适用证】

发热

轻度至中度疼痛伴有：

- 牙痛

- 头痛

- 喉咙痛

- 疫苗接种

- 常见的儿童期感染

【用法用量】

仅用于口服。

最小给药间隔：4小时。

3个月及以上的儿童：

最大日剂量：60mg / kg，在24小时内以10-15mg / kg的分剂量存在。

任何24小时内不超过4剂。

没有医疗建议的最长持续使用时间：3天。

【警告和注意事项】

与含有扑热息痛的其他产品一起使用可能会导致过量服用。

对乙酰氨基酚过量可能导致肝功能衰竭，导致肝移植或死亡。

潜在的肝脏疾病会增加扑热息痛相关肝损伤的风险。 被诊断患有肝脏或肾脏损害的患者在服用此药物之前必须寻求医疗建议。

贫血谷胱甘肽水平的患者，例如严重营养不良，厌食，体重指数低或长期饮酒的患者，已报告肝功能不全/衰竭的病例。

对于谷胱甘肽耗竭状态如败血症的患者，使用扑热息痛可能会增加代谢性酸中毒的风险。

如果症状持续，必须寻求医疗建议。

【What does it relieve?】

Fever

Mild to moderate pain associated with：

- Toothache

- Headache

- Sore throat

- Vaccination

- Common childhood infections

【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】

For oral administration only.

Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours.

Children aged 3 months and above:

Maximum daily dosage: 60mg/kg presented in divided doses of 10 - 15 mg/kg throughout the 24 hour period.

No more than four doses in any 24 hour period.

Maximum duration of continued use without medical advice: 3 days.

【WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS】

use with other products containing paracetamol may lead to an overdose.

Paracetamol overdose may cause liver failure which can lead to liver transplant or death.

Underlying liver disease increases the risk of paracetamol related liver damage. Patients who have been diagnosed with liver or kidney impairment must seek medical advice before taking this medication.

Cases of hepatic dysfunction/failure have been reported in patients with depleted glutathione levels, such as those who are severely malnourished, anorexic, have a low body mass index or are chronic heavy users of alcohol.

In patients with glutathione depleted states such as sepsis, the use of paracetamol may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis.

If symptoms persist, medical advice must be sought.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

【CONTRAINDICATIONS】

This product is contraindicated in patients with a previous history of hypersensitivity to paracetamol or excipients.
